CARBONATED DRINK FILLING MACHINE
The entire machine can be disassembled into three modules, and the height of the bottle delivery conveyor chain is adjustable. Bottles are stacked and conveyed through an air duct by a star-wheel gripper, which delivers them to the rinser, filler, and capper, before finally being delivered via the bottle delivery conveyor chain. Throughout the entire process, multiple protection alarms are installed for bottle jams, missing bottles, missing caps, and overload, ensuring reliable performance, scientific process flow, food-grade hygiene, highly automated production, and easy operation.

The QHS series beverage mixers are meticulously designed and engineered to precisely optimize the ratio of water, syrup, and carbon dioxide. They utilize a static mixer to reduce the water layer, increase carbonation time, and ensure optimal beverage mixing. They utilize carbon dioxide recirculation for deoxygenation, saving carbon dioxide while achieving deoxygenation. High-quality pumps and Siemens electrical appliances form a comprehensive automatic control system. These mixers offer coordinated operation, attractive appearance, easy cleaning, and a high degree of automation. They are suitable for mixing a wide variety of beverages, including carbonated water, cola, and soda water.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The system utilizes direct connection between the air conveyor and the bottle feed wheel, eliminating the need for a bottle feed screw and conveyor chain, making bottle shape changes simple and easy. Bottle conveyance utilizes a full-process bottleneck clamping technology, eliminating the need for equipment height adjustment when changing bottle shapes. Simply replace the curved guide plate, feed wheel, and other nylon components corresponding to the bottle diameter.
The three-in-one unit performs the three processes of bottle washing, filling, and capping simultaneously, minimizing bottle wear, ensuring accurate and stable transmission, and convenient bottle shape changes. The specially designed, all-stainless steel rinser clamp is durable and avoids contact with the bottle threads, preventing secondary contamination. A pressure-bearing hydraulic cylinder and high-speed, high-flow, isobaric filling valve ensure rapid filling, accurate liquid levels, and zero liquid loss. All liquid-contacting components are made of 304 stainless steel or food-grade engineering plastics, and the electrical system primarily utilizes imported Siemens, Schneider, and other brands. The bottle bottom support plate on the discharge wheel descends in a spiral mechanism, eliminating the need to adjust the height of the discharge conveyor chain when changing bottle shapes.
