PLATE UHT STERILIZER
This equipment utilizes ultra-high temperature treatment to achieve strict sterilization for liquid dairy products, tea beverages, and juices, prior to aseptic packaging. The sterilization temperature is 121-137°C, with a holding time of 3-5 seconds, preserving the original nutritional value, color, and flavor of the beverages. This equipment features high heat recovery, a compact, aesthetically pleasing structure, and temperature control. It offers hot filling with automatic discharge temperature control, as well as cold filling. Control options include semi-automatic and fully automatic (PLC control, touchscreen display).

BOTTLE INVERSE STERILIZER MACHINE
The inverted bottle sterilizer is primarily used to sterilize the unsterilized or unheated portions of the bottle neck and cap after hot filling of beverages such as juice and tea in PET bottles. The machine consists of a conveyor chain system, a bottle reversing chain system, a machine frame, and a bottle reversing guide. It achieves automatic reversing sterilization and resetting, and during the sterilization process, sterilizes the bottle neck and cap by utilizing the inherent heat of the bottle contents, eliminating the need for additional heat sources and achieving energy savings. The machine is constructed of 304 stainless steel, creating an elegant and user-friendly design.

Tubular sterilizers can be used to heat treat various dairy products, juices, beverages, syrups, soy sauces, alcoholic beverages, vinegars, and liquid medicines.

CONTINUOUS SPRAYING STERILIZER
The continuous spray sterilizer uses a four-stage process: circulating warm water for preheating, circulating hot water for sterilization, circulating warm water for precooling, and then cooling water for spray cooling. It has the advantages of automatic sterilization temperature control and stepless adjustment of sterilization time. It can be widely used for sterilization and cooling of various bottled and canned acidic juice drinks, electrolyte drinks, alcoholic drinks, condiments and other products. This equipment can be designed according to the sterilization conditions and output requirements proposed by the user.
