HOT FILLING 3 IN 1 MACHINE ( JUICE )
The standard model of the RCGF series hot filling machine is a "3 IN 1" system. To meet special production conditions, a disinfectant rinse can be added, making it a "four-in-one" system. The system fully considers the characteristics of beverage products (such as tea beverages and mixed fruit juice drinks that are prone to foaming) and the main technical requirements of hot filling.


TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Full filling prevents the bottle from collapsing after cooling and minimizes dissolved oxygen. The silo and feeding system have a reasonable feeding design (constant flow, constant pressure, and no foaming), a rationally structured silo system (with exhaust, full sealing, and temperature measurement), and medium and high-speed production lines use liquid distributors instead of large liquid cylinders to achieve thorough CIP pressure cleaning. The hygienic filling head system has an umbrella-flow structure, fast filling speed, and can meet full filling and hygiene requirements. A complete hot filling temperature control system. A reflux tank system with automatic start-up and external delivery when there is material. A complete CIP cleaning system.
